====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer from 1986 without any complaint from any corner of the society or the criminal case. The allegations against the petitioner are false and concocted. He is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54853 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
