2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 74, 352, 351(2), (3), 308(3) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along others being armed with weapon arrived at the house of the informant and started abusing and demanding Rs. 50,000/- per month as rangdari. Specific allegation against this petitioner is that he caught the hair of the informant's wife and pulled and told to kill her if Rs. 50,000/- rangdari is not given.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned

Only allegation against this petitioner is that he has pulled the wife of the informant by catching her hair and that the wife of the informant has received simple injury. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.04.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail and has submitted that petitioner is having three criminal antecedents.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gangaur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria.
