The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018 registered under Sections 120-B, 34, 408, 409, 420, 465, 466, 468, 470, 471 and 477-A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner was posted as Kot Parbhari during 25.05.2010 to 10.10.2014. He retired from his service on 31.01.2015, without any adverse remark in his service career. Further he submits that as per inquiry report, inquiry period was from June 2015 to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54249 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 May 2018 and the petitioner was not posted there during that period. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
