JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2024 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Rohtas to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Anganwari Appeal No. 5/2022.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner is pending consideration, the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
