Admittedly against the impugned order dated 10.02.2006 (Annexure-7) passed in Homestead Appeal Case No. 8 of 1998-99, the father of the petitioner had filed CWJC No. 2873 of 2007, which was dismissed by a Bench of this Court (Coram: Rakesh Kumar, J.) by order dated 29.04.2015 (Annexure-8) and that order has attained its finality.
In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is barred by principles of constructive res judicata and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
