The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Islampur P.S. Case No.148 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of killing of sister of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to non- fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, deceased, the sister of the informant committed suicide herself due to her abnormal mental condition. But the petitioner who is mother-in-law of deceased has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, Dharmendra Yadav husband of the deceased and Tunni Yadav father-in-law of the deceased are in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43602 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 custody. The petitioner is aged about 65 years. She has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 3rd, Hilsa, in Islampur P.S. Case No.148 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.S..
