Prayer of anticipatory bail of accused Awadhesh Prasad Sinha was allowed on 18.03.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.13162 of 2017, considering his submission that negotiation for sale of land was held in the year 2007. Besides that there was no agreement paper to support the agreement and the complainant has remedy to file a suit for specific performance of contract subject to law of limitation. The dispute between the parties also appeared to be a civil dispute.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused has not returned his money which was taken by him for executing the sale deed. The grievance of the petitioner cannot be examined. He is at liberty to raise all the grievances before an appropriate forum.
