Petitioners seek bail in Barhara P.S. Case No.41 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 353, 379, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report filed by the Police Officer that he got information during patrolling that one person is creating nuisance after taking liquor. For verification, he had gone to the place of occurrence where the petitioners started nuisance and also assaulted.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Simple
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42350 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 injury has been caused to the informant.
Petitioners are in custody since 15.04.2019 having clean antecedents.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 02.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40829 of 2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Barhara P.S.
