The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 236 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a)/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that on perusal of both seizure lists, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
