2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 222 / 2026 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1),118(2),109(1),351(3),352,3(5), of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has seven criminal antecedent and allegation against him is that he along with other co-accused with a common intention to kill has fired upon the informant, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands
