The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR relates to missing of Puja Kumari, the daughter of the informant. The petitioner is under suspicion along with others to have kidnapped her.
The victim-girl, in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., stated that she had love-affairs with the petitioner, hence, she has voluntarily gone with the petitioner.
