The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private-respondent no. 5 as Anganwari Sevika at the concerned centre. A complaint has been lodged by the petitioner but no action has been taken. As such, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent authorities to initiate fresh process of appointment. In view of the new Guidelines of 2019, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14359 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 petitioner is directed to make a complaint, if so advised, before the C.D.P.O., Barbigha, Sheikhpura, who shall dispose off the complaint after proper enquiry and affording proper opportunities to the parties within a period of 30 days. If the complaint, which would be filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks, is not disposed off within the aforesaid time-line, according to the Guidelines of 2019, the matter shall stand automatically transferred to the office of the concerned District Programme Officer, who shall look into the matter and pass necessary orders in the light of the Guidelines. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the order passed by the District Programme Officer, she would have an option to prefer revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
