JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned A.P.P. for the State as well as leaned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, Mr. Rajesh Ranjan Kumar.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are agnate of the complainant and due to land dispute, they have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that this is case of civil dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14155 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Pakriwarawan P.S.
