Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1834C of 2006 filed for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a poor man and is not able to maintain the complainant, however he is ready to keep her with full honour and dignity according to his ability. Petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.43662 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1834 C of 2006.
