JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Solicitor General for the Union of India. In absence of any statute or guideline which permits re-evaluation of the answer-sheet, this Court will not pass any order in favour of the petitioner for such a relief. So far as response to the queries put up under the Right to Information Act is concerned, the respondents are not responding thereto. The petitioner has also first to exhaust the remedy under the R.T.I. Act which is a composite Act.

The writ application is dismissed with the observation as above.
