JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2021 Heard Mr. Jainendra Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioners, Mr. Tribhuwan Narayan, the learned Advocate for the Opposite Party No.2 and Mr. Binod Kumar No.2, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1525 of 2019 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40676 of 2020(2) dt.21-06-2021 2/2 that the petitioner nos.1, 2 and 4 are the aunt and uncle of the husband of the informant.

It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the husband of the informant has already been granted bail.

Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioners.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No.1525 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
