2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner fraudulently sold the land which belonged to informant and his brothers.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is none other than own brother of petitioner and the land in question which is said to have been sold by the petitioner is exclusively recorded in the name of this petitioner and he is paying rent for the same. He next submits that land possession certificate issued by Circle Officer also supports the fact that the land in question belongs to the petitioner. Moreover, dispute

No.49339 of 2024(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 involved in the present case is regarding sale and purchase of land which is pre-dominantly civil in nature and informant has got alternative remedy before the court below. Title suit is also pending between the parties and present F.I.R. has been lodged only with a view to harass the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he fraudulently sold land of informant.

Considering the nature of dispute and clean antecedent this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Sikariya O.P.) P. S. Case No. 263 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
