The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, during course of inspection both petitioners along with others abused and assaulted the informant and other officials.

It is submitted that allegation of abuse and assault is general and omnibus. As a matter of fact, some hot discussion took place between the parties while the informant had gone to disconnect the electricity. It is next submitted that both parties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45103 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 entered into compromise and a joint petition has already been filed in the court of ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya on 20.04.2022. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
