2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 54, 351(3) of the IBharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased was killed by four persons.

4. In para-26, the CCTV footage has been examined which shows that the killers of the deceased are Ravi Raj @ Polu, Aashish Anand, Bal Krishan Kumar and Raja Kumar.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025.

6. It has been submitted by Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant that this is case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44085 of 2025(6) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 supari killing and one Santosh Kumar Gupta has confessed that the deceased was killed because of land dispute and for killing him, supari was given to the named criminals by the father and brother of the petitioner.

7. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

8. Considering the aforesaid and the fact that there is no material available against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., I, Saharsa/ concerned Court in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024.
