3 Drawing our attention to the counter affidavit of respondent No 6, Mr Lalit Kishore, learned Senior Counsel, submits that the clarifications, which had been sought for by the Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, have been furnished and the process of selection will, now, commence, which will consist of two parts. One selection process would be pursuant to the advertisement, which has already been published, and the other selection process would be commenced within a period of ten days from the date of issuance of necessary advertisement in this regard. 4 In view of the above, we do not find any reason to continue with the writ petition, which has been filed in the form of Public Interest Litigation, and, therefore, close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move, in future, appropriate applications, if the situation so warrants.

5 With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
