Hoda Khan, SC-01 Mr. Naushaduzzoha, AC to SC-01 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-05-2017 The instant writ application has been filed for setting aside the order as contained in Letter No.465 dated 14.04.2015 (Annexure-1) issued under the signature of the Block Development Officer, Chiraiya, East Champaran whereby the petitioner, an Indira Awas Sahayak, has been transferred from Panchayat Rampur North to the Panchayat Parewa.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12180 of 2015 dt.24-05-2017 2 / 2 From perusal of the impugned order, it would be evident that the transfer order was passed in administrative exigency. The petitioner has not challenged the authority of the respondentBlock Development Officer to pass order of transfer. No other ground has been pleaded on the basis of which the transfer order can be said to be bad.
Since transfer of a government employee is an incident of service and no illegality could be pointed out in the impugned order, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
