JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 It is informed by learned counsel for the Bank that the petitioner has not deposited Rs. 3,00,000/- as has been undertaken on the last occasion.

In the above circumstances, this Court does not consider it appropriate to interfere in the action of the Bank under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for which the auction sale has been fixed tomorrow.

The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed. It shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy in the matter.
