2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, at the instance of the petitioner, unknown criminals started firing at the informant, thereafter, they fled away. The petitioner came out of the agriculture field and seeing the informant alive he again called the criminals who started firing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is direct allegation against the petitioner.

6. Considering the direct allegation levelled against the petitioner of trying to get the informant killed through hired criminals, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
