This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 05.06.2024 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 308 , 354 (A), 504, 506 and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r), 3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant went to the temple to

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2999 of 2024(2) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 offer prayer, in the meanwhile, these two appellants prevented informant from entering the temple, and on protest, these appellants abused informant by caste name .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
