The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No.237/2016 registered under Sections 363, 365, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, the father of the victim alleged that the petitioner came to his house and took his daughter aged about 15 years. The wife of the informant saw her daughter going along with Sonelal Kumar and one more person was sitting on the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother of Sonelal Kumar. It appears that the victim got love affairs with Sonelal Kumar and she fled away but the

The informant did not disclose this fact that the petitioner took his daughter. Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner that the petitioner is mother of Sonelal Kumar, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.237/2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
