2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 19

(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 for setting aside the order dated 24.11.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa in Miscellaneous Case No. 67 of 2016, by which by way of an ad interim measure, Rs. 2,000/- per month has been awarded as maintenance to opposite party no. 2, who is the wife of the petitioner.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he shall contest the case and get the same finally decided.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
