Having regard to the fact that the petitioner admittedly is a Panchayat Teacher and is aggrieved by certain action either concerning his suspension and/or termination, the remedy for him in the first instance would be before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority in terms of Rule-18 of Bihar Panchayat Teacher Appointment Rules-2006.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12974 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance raised herein. This application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
