This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The first information report is against unknown relating to an occurrence of attempt to commit theft in the bank. The impugned order reveals that learned Sessions Judge has stated that there is sufficient material against the petitioner in the referred paragraphs of the case diary. However, nature of material is not disclosed whether it is material statement of the eye witness or otherwise. The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four

No.15128 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Begusarai, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
