JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-02-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014 registered, inter alia, under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and perused the allegations made in the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.918 of 2015 dt.18-02-2016 2 / 2 allegations do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence as the victim, a girl aged about 16 years, is alleged to have abducted by the petitioner.
