2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 56 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 and Section 2 ( e ) , 3 , 5 and 13 of Mahua flower Act.

3. Prosecution case is that 1600 Kg Mahua Flower were recovered from vehicle of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of Mahua Flower have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
