Having heard Mr. Hans Lal Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Dhirendra Kumar, learned AC to AAG-6, we modify our order dated 10.5.2019 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.2386 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 C.W.J.C.No. 7766/2019 in so far as description of excise case as present at paragraph 2 page 1 of the order to read as ' Excise Case No. C2-70 of 2019' in place of ' Excise Case No. GO-164 of 2018' and which shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The modification application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
