2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the criminals looted Rs. 7,22,000 on the gun point from a Bolero Pick-up Vehicle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused and also considerting the fact that the petitioner was an absconder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
