Now pleadings have been exchanged between the parties and materials which are going to be used and on which reliance is going to be placed, are available to the petitioners. Let the petitioner first respond to the show cause to facilitate taking of a decision by the competent authority with regard to the allegation of impersonation.
If an adverse order is passed against the petitioner, he will surely have remedy available under law. The Court would not like to preempt or jump to a conclusion.
