The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 490 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 341, 323, 332, 353, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner has been taken by the co-accused Satish Kumar Singh who was apprehended by the police.
As per allegation, few boys were teasing a girl which was objected by the informant. Thereafter, 10-12 boys
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13038 of 2017 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 arrived and started quarrelling. The informant called the police force and one person was apprehended who disclosed his name as Satish Kumar Singh. The other persons managed to run away. The apprehended person Satish Kumar Singh disclosed the name of this petitioner along with other accused.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 490 of 2015, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
