The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No.258 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and has antecedent of three cases and the informant alleges that he is posted as Area Executive in Delhi Vary Private Limited. It is further alleged that while he was coming from Kochas of Dinara after delivering couriers with Rs. 41686/- and reached near Indore College, when four persons on two motorcycles intercepted him and snatched the bag containing Rs.41686/- along with mobile and fled on motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55544 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 F.I.R. is against unknown. The name of this petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing was recovered from his possession nor he was put on T. I. Parade. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and his name came in the confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner was not put on T. I. Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No.258 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner namely, Vidya Sagar Singh and in the event, if the petitioner is implicated in a case of similar nature, the learned Court below will forthwith cancel his bail bonds.

The application stands allowed.
