2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Minapur (Meenapur) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2022 registered under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 120B/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 15 persons are said to have assaulted the deceased. The deceased died after eight days of occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
