The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., three unknown persons looted away tractor of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. No looted article was recovered from the possession of petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2020. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - III, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 151 of 2021 (arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 404 of 2020).
