JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 After some arguments, Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to approach Vice-Chancellor for redressal of his grievance, as appointment of Bursar which has practically rendered this petitioner useless as after appointment of respondent no.4, no work is being taken from this petitioner although the respondents have not issued any order to restrain this petitioner from working on the post of Bursar. He submits that he may be permitted to approach Vice-Chancellor where he may put his grievance against deemed termination of the petitioner from the position of Bursar by necessary implication. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.12799 of 2016(2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 alongwith a copy of this order within a period of two months from today, the Vice-Chancellor will consider the representation and pass appropriate order on the representation within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.
