The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 307, 379 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 25.02.2019, informant, Naresh Kumar, reached at his house and saw his wife, Moni Devi (petitioner no.1) in objectionable condition with Saurav Kumar @ Sunny. When he made protest then his wife (petitioner no.1), Saurabh Kumar and his mother-in-law, Shanti Devi assaulted him with intention to kill through iron rod, in which, he sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, who is the wife of informant, has two children and due to misunderstanding in between informant and his wifepetitioner no. 1, the informant has lodged the present case with false allegation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-VIIcum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
