JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 This revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner for release of his vehicle i.e. Bolero Pickup having registration no. JH-17X-4339 which has been seized in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case NO. 101/2023 under Section 7 of E.C. Act.

2. During course of argument, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for releasing the said vehicle the petitioner had made an application before the Collector, Bhagalpur and Misc. E.C. 6(A) Case No. - 146/23-24

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1355 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 has been registered.

3. According to the counsel, the said application is still pending before and no decision has been taken yet. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that the petition may be disposed of directing the Collector, Bhagalpur to conclude the proceeding and pass the order withing any specific time fixed by this Court.

4. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

5. Considering the above submission made by both the counsels the petition is disposed of, directing the concerned Collector i.e. Collector, Bhagalpur to pass the final order in Misc. E.C. 6(A) Case No. - 146/23-24 as early as possible probably within one month from today in accordance with the relevant rules and laws.
