JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Piro, District-Bhojpur, whereby and whereunder the P.D.S. license of the petitioner bearing License No. 10 of 2016, has been cancelled, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 32 sub-clause (iii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13545 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 order dated 20.11.2018, as aforesaid, and in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same and dispose it off, in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days of filing of such appeal.
