JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

3. Accordingly, the present case is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. However, if petitioner surrenders before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the learned Court below, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
