2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(4), 118(1), 118(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, four persons including the petitioner, are said to have stabbed the victim.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
