In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector, Lakhisarai against the impugned order within thirty days from today. If such an appeal is filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.12961 of 2024(8) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 within the aforesaid period, the Collector shall consider and decide the same on merits within next three months thereafter after hearing the necessary parties.
