This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

General and omni bus allegation is of commission of assault against the informant and family members as well as attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant.

The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15443 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 Case No. 142 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
