This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 353, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 135 of the Electricity Act.

The petitioner was found using electricity without property authority and, as such, allegation is that he has caused loss of Rs.2,44,612/- to the electricity company. The petitioner is not ready to refund the aforesaid amount. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
