The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 358, 504, 342, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54724 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 submission is that no one has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
