It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya, and on the basis of which, a proceeding was drawn by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya, vide Memo No. 08 dated 09.01.2012, which is Annexure-4 to the present writ application. Though the proceeding was drawn on 09.01.2012 but no final order has been passed by the District Appellate Authority, Gaya.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21852 of 2012 (3) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 The District Appellate Authority, Gaya, is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the proceeding within the statutory period from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
The petitioner shall take all necessary steps to get the order passed by this Court and produce before the District Appellate Authority, Gaya.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
