JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2023 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(i) and 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable her to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day, considering the fact that she is only one of the member of the joint family living in the house in question, from where the illicit liquor has been recovered. It is directed accordingly.
