JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No.155 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the informant had indulged in misbehaving with the petitioner and his parents. Being fed up with such behaviour, prior to the filing of the present F.I.R., an information petition being Information Petition No.1944 of 2018 was filed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40003 of 2020(4) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 22.12.2018 before the C.J.M., Danapur as is evident from Annexure 2 to this application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.155 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
